8.11.99 I have started work on the FAQ section for geOShell. Right now the information concerns things that are already well know to those who have an interest in the shell, but I have been keeping an eye on the geo web board and have gleaned some information from it that others might find useful. Soon I will be adding sections for my own personal plugins (if I ever get around to developing them) as well as more generic sections for the display of all the plugins in various places on the net that are to be found for the geOShell. 8.10.99 In the past when I have created a site, it has usually been with the intent of adding content of some type. To provide a service for those of similar interests. Unfortunately I have found that I tend to get bogged down in details of construction and so lose site of the original reason for my efforts. Hopefully with the re-introduction of Core Dump this pattern will change. I have a great deal of respect for the designs put forth in many of the replacement shells available for windows at this time, including LiteStep, geOShell and others less well known. I am hoping that I can provide a reference at this place which will allow those seeking simple answers to many questions (common, and not so) to find exactly what they are looking for. That said, enjoy your stay. Hopefully you will find what you are seeking in thses pages, or at the very least a doorway to a place which may house the same. |
